problem in a most extraordinary and customer friendly
manner.When on the 4th of October we alerted you
on the situation that the Postal Services - after
five weeks - had not yet delivered our Mole Pro
Trapping System, you promptly asked your Shipping
Manager to have her follow up at UPS and then
with us. UPS confirmed they had received the order
at that time, but it seemed practically impossible
to really track it down when things go wrong.
There's where we were able to get acquainted

proposed to personally send us another unit via
another shipper at no charge to us. You shipped

the System twice, with the second order partially
serving to cover the extra shipping costs to Belgium.
You refunded the difference between the price
paid for the second set and the extra costs you
had in sending the Mole Pro Trapping System over
to Belgium.

"I found the video to be an excellent example
of what a how-to video ought to be. Any reader
looking to create his/her own how-to video should
take a few cues from this one. It appears to have
been professionally shot and edited. (The background
music was superb). The script, sound, and pictures
are all clear and very understandable.
I was amazed at how much information could be
packed into an approximately 13 minute video.
Mr. Kozak takes the viewer through the various
steps of mole trapping, such as trap location,
trap setting, problem solving, safety and unusual
situations. The video comes as part of a two trap
kit that should allow any homeowner to handle

We had one mole...(emphasis on the word "had")
in our flower beds for years. It didn't really
bother us too much until
it traveled under our grass. That mole left
mounds everywhere and was
driving my husband and me crazy. We tried many
things to kill that mole
and we were never successful until I found the

I had been hunting Mr. Mole for
10 months. He was ruining the corner of my front
yard, near the privacy fence, leaving his mounds
of dirt. I had plugged my yard with zoysia (golf
grass) so it was particularly annoying to see him
destroying my hard work. I thought I had tried it
all, treating for grubs, setting a spike trap (he
set it off but no mole), and using yard spinners
to annoy him. I purchased the mole poison; he
didn't touch it. Someone told me moles hate moth
balls. I carefully placed them every few feet in
his tunnels. They were right; he didn't like them
so much that he opened the roof of the tunnel,
shoved them out and went on his merry way. Eight
months into the hunt, I even sat out in my yard
with a handgun waiting for him to make his move in
his tunnel. (this township is not big enough for
the two of us) He didn't show up. I became
obsessed. I found MolePro on the net and decided
