If for any reason you choose not to keep your
Mole Pro Trapping System™, you may return
it to us within 30 days of receiving it. We will
refund your purchase price to your credit card
in a timely fashion.
5-Year Replacement Warranty
Mole Pro™ warrants the Mole Pro
Traps against defects in materials or workmanship
for 5 years. We will replace defective units or
units that have fallen into disrepair from normal
non-commercial use at no charge to you. We will
replace defective traps used for commercial purposes
only if it was purchased with a Commercial Mole
Pro Trapping System™. Upon receiving an
approved warranty return, Mole Pro™ will
send you a replacement Mole Pro Trap(s)
free of charge. Mole Pro™ will honor any
warranty return unless the returned trap very
clearly does not fit the warranty return criteria
noted below.

Procedure for using
Your Guarantee or Warranty:
- The traps must not be damaged and be fully
intact (traps which have been markedly altered,
modified, or defaced will not be accepted).
- Provide your sales receipt number that is
found on your e-mail confirmation upon purchase
in your returned package. If you have lost your
number, please e-mail us and we will find it
for you.
- Arrange for the shipping back to Mole Pro™.

Additional conditions for the 5-Year Replacement
Warranty
The warranty applies only to defects in materials
and workmanship and do not extend to any parts
that have been lost or discarded, damaged by misuse,
accident, or improper maintenance.

Guarantee
- All original components of the Mole Pro Trapping
System™ must be included in the return.
- All components must be in their original
condition (it is acceptable to return traps
that have been used and are somewhat soiled).
