Mole ProT
Troubleshooting Guide
Most customer questions are addressed by a sheet
that is included with your Mole Pro Trapping SystemT
called “The Mole ProT Troubleshooting
Guide.” It addresses the following topics:
- I have set my traps and there is no mole activity
around the locations I have chosen, what should
I do?
- I can’t find a good traveling tunnel
like the ones I see in the video. What should
I do?
- There is lots of activity around the traps,
but the mole is not being trapped. What is going
wrong?
Procedure
If you do require any more information than is
given in the Mole Pro Instructional Video™
or on “The Mole Pro™ Troubleshooting
Guide”, write an e-mail to the address that
is given along with the Mole Pro Trapping System™
and we’ll be happy to give you prompt, professional
assistance.
In your e-mail, please include the following
information:
- Your full name or transaction number
- A daytime telephone number where you can be
reached
- A brief description of the moles’ activity
- Your soil type (eg. rocky, sandy, dry)
- A brief description of the method and location
you have used in setting your traps
- Optional – a photo of the mole
activity (this can often be very useful for
troubleshooting)
We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding
Sundays and holidays) of your e-mail, giving you
the advice of a professional, experienced mole
trapper who can help you make the necessary adjustments
and/or suggest different techniques.
Most of our customers will never need this feature
of the Mole Pro Trapping System™ since the
Mole Pro Instructional Video™ covers the
vast majority of mole problems, but it is invaluable
for those who do. |
